Malware cleanup while you are on a plan

Most WordPress sites are one update away from a bad week.

A plugin updates at four in the afternoon, the page goes blank at two minutes past, and there is nobody to call. Nine times out of ten a hacked site was running a plugin that had been out of date for months. Here is what changes when someone is actually looking after it.

Running WordPress on your own

  • Plugin updates pile up until something breaks
  • You find out the site is down from a customer
  • A hack means panic, quotes and a lost week
  • The last backup is from whenever you remembered
  • Small fixes wait for someone to have time
  • Nobody can tell you what state the site is in

On a WP Site Kept care plan

  • Applied weekly, checked, rolled back in minutes if wrong
  • We are alerted the minute it happens and act on it
  • Cleanup starts the same day and costs you nothing
  • Yesterday, and every day, stored off your server
  • Sent by email, done within your response window
  • A plain report every month, written by a person
Put my site on a planSee what is included

From $79/month, covered within 24 hours.

WordPress maintenance and support, all of it, for one fixed price.

Six things we take off your plate every month. No proposals, no hourly surprises, no bundled hosting you did not ask for.

Updates that do not break things

WordPress core, plugins and themes updated every week, in the right order, with a backup taken first and your key pages checked afterwards.

  • Weekly update pass
  • Visual check of homepage, shop and forms
  • Rollback within minutes if an update misbehaves

Security and malware protection

Hardening at onboarding, then continuous scanning. If something does get through, the cleanup is included and we start the same day.

  • Weekly malware scan
  • Firewall, 2FA and locked-down file permissions
  • Free cleanup while you are on a plan

Backups you can actually restore

Daily off-site backups of files and database, kept for 30 days, tested so they work when it matters rather than only existing on paper.

  • Daily automatic backup
  • Stored away from your hosting
  • Restored on request, usually within the hour

Fixes and small changes

The broken form, the plugin conflict, the price that needs changing. Send it by email and it comes back done, inside your monthly hours.

  • 1 hour on Standard, 3 hours on Pro
  • Bug fixes, edits and plugin configuration
  • Bigger work quoted up front, never a surprise bill

Speed and Core Web Vitals

Caching, image handling and database cleanup, reviewed every quarter so the site does not quietly get slower month after month.

  • Quarterly speed tune-up
  • Before and after PageSpeed numbers
  • Core Web Vitals summary on Pro

Support from someone who reads PHP

You email a person, not a queue. Response times are written into the plan and we hold ourselves to them.

  • 48h, 24h or same business day
  • Uptime monitoring with a human response
  • Emergency WhatsApp line on Pro

What actually happens once you are on a plan

Maintenance is a rhythm, not a promise. This is the schedule your site runs on from the day we take it over.

  1. Every day

Off-site backup runs. Uptime is checked around the clock, and an alert reaches a person, not a dashboard nobody watches.

  2. Every week

Update pass across core, plugins and themes, each one checked afterwards. Malware scan across files and database.

  3. Every month

A health report in your inbox: what was updated, what was blocked, what we noticed, and anything that needs a decision from you.

  4. Every quarter

Speed tune-up on Standard and Pro: caching, image handling, database cleanup, with before and after numbers.

Start this rhythm on my site

No contract. Cancel any time.

Covered within 24 hours. Three steps, no meetings.

No discovery call, no proposal, no waiting a week for a quote. You can be handed over before tomorrow.

  1. Step 1

    Pick a plan

Checkout takes two minutes. No contract, no setup fee, nothing to book.

  2. Step 2

    Share access

A short form asks for your WordPress admin and hosting details. They go into an encrypted vault, never into an inbox or a spreadsheet.

  3. Step 3

    We take over

Full backup, security audit, hardening, cleanup if the site needs it, first safe update pass, and your first health report.

Read the detail in our terms, in plain language.

Engineers, not a ticket queue.

More than ten years building, securing and rescuing WordPress sites and web applications. Every update, backup and cleanup is checked by someone who reads PHP, not by a script that hopes for the best.

Anyone can schedule an update. Knowing what to do in the ten minutes after it goes wrong is the actual job, and it is the reason a care plan is worth more than a plugin.

Working on WordPress since updates meant FTP and a held breath.

Lead engineer

Ten years of WordPress, PHP and hosting. Handles cleanups and anything that has gone properly wrong.

Maintenance engineer

Runs the weekly update passes and the checks afterwards. The reason your forms still work on Tuesday.

Performance engineer

Caching, images, database and Core Web Vitals. Turns a slow site into one that loads before people leave.

Hand your site over

Two minutes at checkout, three on the access form.

WordPress support services for people who would rather not be their own webmaster

We look after small business sites, brochure sites, WooCommerce stores, membership sites, multilingual sites and the WordPress builds agencies hand over and move on from.

Small businesses without an IT person

Clinics, trades, restaurants, studios. The site earns you enquiries, and nobody in the building knows what a plugin conflict is. Our WordPress care packages replace the friend-of-a-friend who stopped answering.

Agencies and freelancers

You build sites, you do not want to run WP management services forever. We take over the maintenance and support under your name or ours, at a rate that leaves you a margin.

WooCommerce and membership stores

Where an update that breaks checkout costs real money the same afternoon. Pro tests payment and checkout after every update, so a broken cart is found by us and not by a customer.

Whether you call it WordPress maintenance, WordPress support, care plans or WP management, it is the same work: keeping the site current, safe, backed up and quick to fix. The only question worth asking is who does it, and how fast they answer.

Questions people ask before signing up

Do I need to change my hosting?

No. We work inside whatever hosting you already have, and you keep the account in your name. If your host is the reason your site keeps breaking, we will tell you plainly and can help you move.

What is not included?

Hosting, email, new pages, design work, SEO and content writing. Small edits come out of your included hours. Anything bigger is quoted at $95 an hour and only starts once you approve it.

How do you update WordPress without breaking my site?

Backup first, then update, then a visual check of your key pages, and a rollback within minutes if anything looks wrong. Standard and Pro test major updates on a staging copy before they touch the live site.

What happens if my site goes down at night?

Monitoring alerts us straight away. Basic and Standard get a response in the next business window. Pro gets a same-day response any day, plus an emergency WhatsApp line.

Can you look after WooCommerce or membership sites?

Yes, on Pro. Every update is followed by a checkout and payment test, because those are the two things that quietly break after an update.

I have several WordPress sites.

Each additional site on the same plan is 30% off. If you run ten or more, write to us about a white-label arrangement for agencies.

How do I cancel?

From your Stripe billing portal, any time. No calls, no retention forms. You keep your site, your backups and your data.

Where is my data stored?

Backups sit in encrypted off-site storage, in the EU or the US, your choice. Credentials live in an encrypted vault with access logging, never in email or a spreadsheet.
